Hello there!
You follow me on Twitter, or you’re thinking about it.
Because I am just that extra, and because Twitter bios have NO room for context, I thought I’d put up a page about what you might expect from me on Twitter.
I’m a very passionate, intense person. Remember Craig from Parks & Rec? Okay, I don’t yell like that, and I like to believe I’m easy-going, but I know I can seem an acquired taste.
A little about me:
I have ADHD and SPD.
Basically, that means I’m hyper-aware of myself and my environment, and as a result, often distracted.
I talk about ADHD a fair bit on Twitter.
I am PASSIONATE about personal development and self improvement and I tweet about it. I’ve been going to therapy almost continuously for 10 years, and I tweet about that.
I’m a progressive with a very slight libertarian undercurrent.
I’m heavily involved in local politics (Utah).
I tweet about politics. A lot.
I LOVE the work of BrenĂ© Brown, Kim Scott, Marie Kondo, and many other influencers, and I tweet about that (as well as whatever I’m reading at the time).
My pronouns are he/him/his.
I’m a dad. I tweet about parenting a bit too. About what my kids are doing, and sometimes about parenting tips, advice, etc.
I’m a writer and tabletop gamer. I tweet about both regularly.
I am gay. I’m a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community, an advocate, and I tweet about it.
I was raised in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a full-time mission to Germany (I speak German with moderate fluency). While I no longer participate in the Church, I find myself somewhere on the spectrum of “spiritual.” Although less frequent, I sometimes tweet about aspects of this part of my life.
I’m a man of many fandoms, and I tweet about them sometimes. This includes but is not limited to:
Star Wars, The Stormlight Archive / Cosmere (and Brandon Sanderson in general). Sometimes also: Star Trek, LoTR, WoT, Stargate, Doctor Who, Avatar: The Last Airbender (NOT the movie).
I identify with:

- 5w4
- Hufflepuff
- Edgedancer
